Who we are

Information we collect
We may collect your name or company name, phone number, email address, BOQs, product requirements, quotation requests, order details, payment evidence, delivery information, warranty or returns information, and communications you choose to send us. If you allow analytics, Google Analytics also records technical and usage information such as device and browser characteristics, approximate location, pages viewed, product views and selected site actions. We do not ask for card PINs, passwords or online-banking login details.
Why we use it
We use personal information to prepare quotations, respond to enquiries, process and fulfil orders, verify bank transfers, arrange delivery, provide warranty and returns support, maintain transaction records, prevent fraud and comply with legal or accounting duties. With your consent, we use analytics to understand catalogue use and improve the website.
When information may be shared
We share only what is reasonably necessary with delivery providers, manufacturers or suppliers assisting with an order, banks where needed to verify a transfer, website and communication providers, professional advisers, and public authorities where required by law. We do not sell or rent customer information.
WhatsApp and email
If you choose WhatsApp or email, your message, BOQ, receipt and contact details will also be processed by that provider under its own privacy terms. Please avoid including information that is not needed for your order or quotation.
Retention, security and your rights
Secure-order records created by this website are automatically scheduled for deletion after two years. Confirmed transaction and support records retained separately are kept only as long as reasonably needed for the transaction, warranty support, fraud prevention and applicable legal duties. Subject to Nigerian law, you may request access, correction, deletion or restriction of your information, or withdraw consent where processing relies on consent. You may also complain to the Nigeria Data Protection Commission.
Google Analytics and your choice
Google Analytics loads only after you select “Allow analytics.” It records page views, product views, add-to-cart actions, WhatsApp-link clicks, BOQ request method and secure-order creation. We do not send Google your name, phone number, email address, message or BOQ contents, payment details, receipt, delivery information or secure-order reference. Advertising storage, Google signals and ad personalisation are disabled. Google may process analytics information on systems outside Nigeria under its own privacy policy.
Cookies and changes
Analytics cookies are optional. Your choice is stored on your device, and you can change it at any time through the “Analytics settings” control shown on the website. Declining analytics does not prevent you from viewing products, requesting a quotation or creating an order. We do not intentionally use advertising or marketing cookies. We may update this notice when our practices or legal obligations change.
