Order, delivery, returns & warranty policy

1. Payment details and verification

For additional security, current payment details are provided only through Gioco Nigeria Limited's official WhatsApp number. An order is treated as paid only after the exact credit is visible in our nominated account and confirmed by us. A receipt, screenshot or debit alert alone is not confirmation that payment has been received.

2. Delivery

Product prices do not include delivery unless Gioco Nigeria Limited agrees otherwise in writing. After payment is verified, we will contact the supplied phone number by call or WhatsApp to discuss the destination, delivery charge, timing and arrangement.

3. Warranty

Warranty coverage, duration and conditions vary by product and manufacturer. Applicable warranty terms will be discussed when delivery or collection is arranged. Warranty claims remain subject to the applicable product warranty and Nigerian law.

4. Returns and exchanges

• Customers should inspect products before installation or use.
• A fault-free, unused product in its original condition may be considered for return or exchange at Gioco Nigeria Limited's discretion, without limiting rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
• Products cannot ordinarily be returned after installation or use, except where an active warranty applies or Nigerian law requires otherwise.
• Incorrect, damaged or defective products should be reported promptly with the order reference and proof of purchase.

5. Statutory rights

This policy does not exclude, restrict or replace any consumer right or remedy that cannot be excluded under applicable Nigerian law.
